Sin looks to land a left hand but Sakuraba moved out of range nicely. Sakuraba drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Sin defends it well. Sakuraba misses with a body shot.
Sin uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sakuraba. Sakuraba looks to throw the jab but Sin is out of range. Sin moves out of range of the strikes. Sin appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Sin misses with a straight right. Sin connects with a crisp jab. Sakuraba's coach down at Temp Spar Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sakuraba's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sakuraba throws a big shot that misses. Sin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Sin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
