Yamamoto shoots for a double leg takedown but Gracie sprawls well. He's pushed Yamamoto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Yamamoto ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Yamamoto drops down looking for a counter takedown but Gracie sprawls and moves away. Gracie has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.#TD# Yamamoto feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, Yamamoto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB2# Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. #R1# Luna stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Luna wants it to stay on the feet. Yamamoto misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Luna counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Yamamoto has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Luna keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
