Hardman avoids the head kick by McGreg.
McGreg tries to clinch
and Hardman counters with a straight right hand.
McGreg shoots in for a takedown but Hardman shows good takedown defense.
Hardman lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
McGreg shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hardman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McGreg looks to land a left hand but Hardman moved out of range nicely.
Hardman is looking for the big counter here.
McGreg shoots for a takedown but Hardman saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Konor McGreg. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGreg shoots in and drives through. Hardman sprawls well.

and Hardman counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks McGreg out cold! What a finish! Hardman is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Lobov gets a takedown into half guard.
McGreg wants to improve his position but Lobov is controlling well.
McGreg is controlling Lobov's trapped leg to prevent Lobov from advancing to side control.
Lobov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McGreg. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McGreg has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lobov is working away from the top position though.

McGreg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
