#R1# Uzumaki fails with a takedown attempt.#TD2# Uzumaki feints and as Kumar raises his hands in defense, Uzumaki changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.#SUB2# Uzumaki is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. #SUB# Kumar had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Uzumaki defends it easily. Kumar looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Uzumaki thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Uzumaki drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Uzumaki as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Kumar screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Uzumaki! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Ichigo Uzumaki!

#R1##TD2# Uzumaki darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Uzumaki wants to control but Jensen is keeping him busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Uzumaki is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jensen sees it coming and defends easily. Uzumaki seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. #SUB2# Uzumaki is trying for a kimura here. Jensen looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Uzumaki wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ichigo Uzumaki!
