#R1# Wius cracks Velvet with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Velvet takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Velvet moves to clinch but Wius breaks away #TD# so Wius counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Wius preventing the sweep. Velvet trying to keep a closed guard but Wius is proving a slippery customer.
Wius trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Velvet trying to control the position.
Wius content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wius is working Velvet over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Velvet is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB# Velvet takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.#T1# Wius trying to control but Velvet postures up.
Wius is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at 3Band MMA ($800/week), so we'll see if he gets out of it. The fighters are battling for position here. Wius's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Velvet is holding on here and Wius must be using up a lot of energy. Velvet has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Wius gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Zeezeeloo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Velvet stops a takedown attempt from Zeezeeloo.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zee Zeezeeloo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Zeezeeloo tries for a takedown. No joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zeezeeloo is looking to break free of the clinch but Velvet has double underhooks. Velvet tries to score a body lock takedown but Zeezeeloo shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Velvet tries to land a knee to the head but Zeezeeloo blocks with his arms.

Zeezeeloo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Velvet is fending him off so far but Zeezeeloo persists. Nope, Velvet circles away and we're back to standing. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Zeezeeloo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Velvet as he jumps to the side. Zeezeeloo is breathing heavily. Zeezeeloo closes the distance and clinches up with Velvet, looking for a takedown. Here we go, back to the action! #R2# Velvet leaves Zeezeeloo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#TD# Zeezeeloo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Velvet to the ground. Seehaver gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Velvet is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Seehaver lets go of the hold and Velvet can pop his arm back in it's socket.

#R1# Duff throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Velvet sees it coming and avoids it easily. Danny Duff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Velvet misses with a jab, cross combination.
Duff is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Velvet. #KD# Duff cracks Velvet with an uppercut from hell and Velvet crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Duff's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
#ROC# Velvet is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Velvet manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Duff manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVB# Velvet wants to control from the top but Duff keeps moving. Duff is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Duff trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Duff keeping moving, preventing Velvet from controlling successfully. Duff is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. #T1# Velvet trying to control the position from guard on top but Duff is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've been informed that Velvet has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Duff works the jab nicely. Duff lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Velvet is still on wobbly legs! Can Duff finish him? Duff cracks Velvet with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Velvet tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Duff pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Velvet is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Velvet lands with a good body shot. Velvet fakes the leg kick and cracks Seehaver in the body. #TD2# Velvet darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Seehaver is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Velvet's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Velvet's back! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!#SUB# Seehaver looking to break Velvet's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Velvet remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Seehaver will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!#SUB# Seehaver working for the rear naked choke here.
