Akinefenwa is trying to escape the position but Watts is controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Watts lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Akinefenwa down.
Watts has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB# Akinefenwa is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Watts's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Watts! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Akinefenwa has tapped! This one is allllll over!

#R1# Watts throws a chopping leg kick but Bear manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Watts sets himself, and Bear steps forward looking for the clinch! Watts avoids it this time. Bear tries to clinch there but Watts circles away.
Watts tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Bear manages to circle out of the way. Bear throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Watts's waist but Watts gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bear off to one side. Bear tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Watts wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Bear fails with the takedown#CL# and Watts moves into the clinch. Bear looks winded! Bear is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kennith Watts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rocky Bear.#BC# Watts escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Watts is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Bear will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.#SUB# Watts is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bear is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Watts scores with punches from side control. #T2# Bear takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.#SUB# Watts has hold of Bear's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bear tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Watts cranks the arm and Bear screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bear, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. As Jackson looks to move away, Watts throws a big counter combo but Jackson just gets out of the way. Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Watts takes a head kick and keeps coming.
#CUT2# It looks like Kennith Watts has been cut.#TD# Watts fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jackson sprawls well initially but Watts persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Jackson is trying to escape back to his feet but Watts uses the scramble to pass into side control.
