Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Froere Viking (ranked 3628 p4p, 388 weight class) and Trash Man (ranked 3633 p4p, 376 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Froere Viking has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Froere Viking seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Froere Viking! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 2 losses; Trash Man! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Man shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Viking (0) vs (2) Man Viking is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Man has eaten all the pies! Man wants to control from the top but Viking keeps moving. Viking has control of Man's left arm, preventing Man from doing any damage. Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Viking is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Man is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Man showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Viking throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 0 losses; Froere Viking! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Lou da Vinci and Chad Campbell.
Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Bin gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bin is looking to take this one to the mat. Bin has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Viking is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Bin pulls guard effortlessly. Bin throws his legs up looking for a submission but Viking uses it to pass to side control.

No, Bin has escaped the position, nice work there. Viking tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Viking has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Viking tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Bin tries to bench press Viking off him but Viking keeps the position.

Viking working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Viking trying to control the position but Bin is working away.

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Original gets tackled into the cage by Viking. Viking maintains the clinch. Viking ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Viking no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Original tries to free his leg and advance position but Viking is retaining full guard. Original trying to control the position from guard on top but Viking is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Viking will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Original trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Viking tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Viking keeping full guard, as Original tries to pass. Original controls from within his opponent's guard.
