#R1##CL# Ali instigates a clinch. Gramm is looking for a takedown. Gramm tries to land knees in the clinch but Ali avoids the damage to the body. Gramm drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ali pulls his leg out and moves away.
#CL# Ali has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ali stalls. #TD2# Gramm has hold of one of Ali's legs. Ali is fighting the takedown attempt but Gramm gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Gramm trying to control but Ali is working from the bottom. #SUB# Ali working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Gramm doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Gramm manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ali keeping full guard, as Gramm tries to pass. #T1# Ali can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gramm controls the pace. Gramm preventing the sweep. Gramm wants to control from the top but Ali keeps moving. Ali is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Gramm drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ali manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gramm has Ali in his guard.#REVR# Ali showing good wrestling skills to control the position. #T2# The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Gramm controls Ali momentarily but Ali frees himself. Ali passes Gramm's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Ali trying to control the pace. Ali tries to stand and escape but Gramm is controlling the position. Ali working over Gramm with some ground and pound. Gramm looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.#T3# Ali keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Ali prevents Gramm from standing back up.
#SUB2# Gramm is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ali pulls his head out easily. Gramm is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Gramm is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ali scores with a couple of nice shots. Ali not doing much here.
#SUB# Ali is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ali performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Ali missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. #REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Gramm has a takedown stuffed. Chris Ali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Gramm.#TD2# Gramm shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gramm showed some decent athleticism there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Gramm seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ali does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gramm smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.#CL# The fight moves into the clinch position. Gramm drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ali gets the underhooks and prevents it.

#T1##TD# Ali decides to pull guard. Gramm sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ali's guard. Ali is refusing to be controlled, as Gramm sits in half guard. Gramm thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. #SUB2# Gramm maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Ali could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gramm has cracked it and Ali is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gramm!

#R1# De Moncey keeps the fight on the outside.#CL# De Moncey gets a clinch. #BC# De Moncey pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gramm blocks a head kick by De Moncey.
Decent striking displayed by De Moncey there. De Moncey tries a head kick but it misses.
De Moncey lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gramm circles away quickly and effectively. Bon Adrien De Moncey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. De Moncey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gramm. Gramm tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. De Moncey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. De Moncey is looking to counter with head kicks.#TD2# Gramm darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.#ES# De Moncey manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Gramm keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gramm wants a takedown but no success here.

Nice straight punches there by Gramm. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Gramm. Gramm dives in and grabs De Moncey's left leg, looking for a takedown. De Moncey pushes down on Gramm's head and hops out. De Moncey scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Gramm throws a head kick but De Moncey moves out of range.

Nice body punch from De Moncey. Gramm looks winded! De Moncey lands a really nice looking cross but Gramm seems unphased.
#CUT# It looks like David Gramm has been cut. Gramm shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with De Moncey but De Moncey pushes him off and we're back to square one. De Moncey throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gramm stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. A cross from De Moncey lands.#T2# This has been an exciting period of action! Jab, jab by De Moncey - just one landing. #CL# De Moncey pushes Gramm up against the cage in a clinch. Gramm's coach down at Russian Bears Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Gramm's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.#BC# De Moncey escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

#R1# Gramm closes the distance and clinches up with Kurminowski, looking for a takedown. Gramm pushes Kurminowski against the cage but Kurminowski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Gramm shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kurminowski defends it nicely. Kurminowski shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gramm eats them both and turns towards Kurminowski to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#CUT# It looks like David Gramm has been cut.#CL# Kurminowski takes the fight into the clinch. #BC# Kurminowski manages to break the clinch.

Kurminowski pulls Gramm in close to prevent any damage. Gramm wants to control from the top but Kurminowski keeps moving. #SUB2# Gramm drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Gramm as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Kurminowski screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Gramm! Nice submission victory there!
