#R1# Kelly throws a good cross that connects.
#TD2# Johnson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kelly manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Johnson looking to control the position here, rather than advance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. #T1# Johnson pushes down on Kelly's leg and manages to get into half guard. Johnson content to control rather than advance. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Johnson works his way into side control. Johnson taking a breather here. Kelly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T3##SUB2# Johnson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kelly is trying to escape and Johnson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kelly is forced to tap! Nice work there by Johnson! Very nice indeed!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Gee Johnson!
