McLaughlin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. McLaughlin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Delarock shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. #TD# Delarock drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Delarock stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McLaughlin swivels though and keeps the full guard. Delarock postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The fighters roll with the hold and McLaughlin manages to kick Keith off! Keith jumps back into McLaughlin's guard. McLaughlin seems keen to control Keith's posture. McLaughlin has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Robbins after a bit of a struggle. #TD2# McLaughlin jumps guard and drags Robbins to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. McLaughlin is pulling down on Robbins's head to control his posture. Robbins seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Robbins's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. McLaughlin tries to clinch there but Delarock circles away.
