Arteta bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Banger's head backwards.

Arteta is looking to cinch up a triangle. Banger throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Arteta's body to avoid the submission. Arteta has instead reached around Banger's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Arteta arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Banger fails with an attempt to clinch.
Banger avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Banger moves out of range of the body kick.
Banger attempts a counter takedown but Kelly avoids it well and moves away.
Banger tries to clinch
and Kelly counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kelly tries to clinch there but Banger circles away.
Banger swats away the attempt to clinch by Kelly .
Banger appears to be looking for a big counter.
Kevin Kelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kelly wants to clinch up but Banger keeps it at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Banger stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Kelly has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Banger manages to get his head free but now Kelly has transitioned to an armbar! Banger grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Kelly ! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
