Arroyo goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Herrington throws a jab but it's blocked by Arroyo. Herrington tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Herrington connects with a nice looking jab.

Arroyo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Torsten throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Torsten connects with the punch.#CUT2#It looks like Everett Arroyo has been cut. Torsten looks to throw the jab but Arroyo is out of range. Torsten lands with an overhand left. Torsten scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Torsten avoids the head kick by Arroyo.
Torsten scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Arroyo doesn't seem bothered though. Arroyo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Arroyo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Torsten. A good leg kick by Torsten. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. #R1# Arroyo shoots for a double leg takedown but Storm sprawls well. He's pushed Arroyo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Arroyo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Caramon Majere has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Everett Arroyo. Arroyo looks to score with a jab to the body but Majere is just out of range.#CL2# Arroyo rushes Majere and presses him up against the cage.#BC2# Arroyo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Majere throws a half hearted mid kick. Arroyo dives in and grabs Majere's left leg, looking for a takedown. Majere pushes down on Arroyo's head and hops out. Arroyo controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Arroyo postures up and lands a big shot to Brenner's brow. Arroyo slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Arroyo scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Brenner to see if he's OK. Brenner stops Arroyo from passing to mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brenner on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Brenner struggling a bit here. #TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Yard enables Arroyo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Yard manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Yard controlling the position. Arroyo looking to control the position here, rather than advance. We've been hearing that Arroyo has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Yard looking to hit a scissor sweep but Arroyo is one step ahead there. Yard is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yard wants to sweep but no luck. Arroyo looking to pass the guard. #T1# Arroyo pushing down on Yard's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Arroyo uses his free foot to push down on Yard's thigh.
