Flores with a flurry of punches that miss. Flores keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Baeyens's head. Flores has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB2# Baeyens working for submissions but it's allowed Flores to get to half guard.
Flores really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Flores is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Baeyens trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Flores manages to pass to mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Flores unloading with bombs! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Baeyens can do anything to dispel that myth. Baeyens is trying to escape the mount.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baeyens postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
