Moraes sprawls well initially but Addams persists and gets the takedown into half guard. My spies in Temp Spar Gym inform me that Addams has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Addams sitting and controlling from the half guard. Moraes wants to get back to full guard. Addams is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Addams scoring with strikes to the body and head. Addams is figuring out what he wants to do next. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# Addams working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Moraes is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. #SU2# Addams decides to stand up. Moraes throws an overhand right that lands on Addams's shoulder, as Addams tries to avoid the shot. Moraes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Addams manages to avoid it.#CL2# Addams has managed to clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Moraes throws an elbow but misses. Addams avoiding damage as Moraes throws knees to the body.
#TD2# Addams gets a trip takedown into half guard. Addams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Addams looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. #T2##SUB2# Addams is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Moraes is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

#R1# Moraes throws a body shot but no joy. Moraes throws out a loose jab but Dummy uses good head movement to avoid it. #TD# Dummy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Moraes is trying to defend but Dummy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Moraes tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Dummy manages to move to mount!
Dummy unloading with bombs! Dummy takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Dummy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dummy prevents Moraes from getting the reversal. Dummy raining down hammerfists from mount. We've been hearing good reports from Dummy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!#SUB# Dummy working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Moraes turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Dummy off and cradles Moraes's limp body as Dummy celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Second Dummy! After the fight, Second Dummy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

#R1# Moraes loads up on a big right hand but Jahr slips the punch. Moraes loads up on a big right hand but Jahr slips the punch. Moraes misses with a hook. Moraes pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A counter left hand to the body from Jahr misses its target. Jahr swings for the body but Moraes moves out of range.
Moraes tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jahr was well out of range. Poor timing from Moraes. Moraes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moraes throws a jab but it's blocked by Jahr. Moraes has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Moraes misses with a hook
#TD# and Jahr counters with a single leg into guard. Moraes didn't expect that. Jahr showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Jahr passes easily into side control. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jahr in side control, just content to control the action for now. Moraes is trying to get back to half guard.#T1# The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.#SUB# Jahr has hold of Moraes's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Moraes tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jahr cranks the arm and Moraes screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Moraes, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Erlend Jahr! Erlend Jahr tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

Nice defenses there by Murderer.#TD2# Murderer shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Moraes manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Moraes not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

He's left an arm up in the air though and Murderer has latched onto it... Big trouble! Murderer pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Moraes is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Murderer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bjj Murderer! Bjj Murderer was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Moraes is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ivanov lands strikes from half guard. Ivanov scores with a couple of good hammerfists.#SUB# Ivanov seems to be working for a kimura but Moraes defends the submission attempt. Moraes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ivanov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ivanov is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Ivanov has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.#SUB# Ivanov wants to work for an arm triangle but Moraes is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ivanov working over Moraes with some ground and pound. Moraes looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moraes trying to control but Ivanov postures up.
