We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.#CL#
Thompson clinches with his opponent.

Takedownamadov gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Thompson regains guard.
Thompson has momentary wrist control but Takedownamadov slips an elbow through the middle.
Takedownamadov wants to control from the top but Thompson keeps moving. #SUB#
Takedownamadov sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Thompson doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Takedownamadov paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Thompson - great work!
