Khan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sotobe as he jumps to the side.
Sotobe is looking to counter punch.
Sotobe has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Khan throws a jab when Sotobe was well out of range.
Khan takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing. #CUT#
It looks like Frankie Khan has been cut.
Khan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sotobe throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Khan looks to land a left hand but Sotobe moved out of range nicely.
Sotobe fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Khan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Sotobe dips to his left and cracks Khan with an uppercut!
Khan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Sotobe looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Sotobe pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sotobe looks to score with a jab to the body but Khan is just out of range.
Sotobe is looking to slow Khan down with leg kicks.
Sotobe tries a head kick but it misses.
Khan with the counter takedown but Sotobe avoids it easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Khan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Khan there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sotobe is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
