That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Kim misses with a takedown attempt and Rios counters with a nice uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kim drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Rios thuds a left hand into Kim's body. Rios stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Kim shoots in and drives through. Rios sprawls well. Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Rios! After the fight, Adam Rios was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

#R1# Kim shoots for a takedown but Uzdenov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kim shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Uzdenov pinned against the cage. Uzdenov gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Kim enables Uzdenov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kim manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Uzdenov trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Uzdenov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kim on the ground. Kim lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB##SUB# Uzdenov looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kim fails to land the takedown. Eye raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Jab, jab by Eye - just one landing. Eye chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kim closes the distance looking to clinch and Eye counters with a good low kick that Kim was not able to check. Kim fails with the takedown and Eye cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seung Woo Kim. That's going to take a lot out of him. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kim. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
