Kameda darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Lewis looks to land a combination but Kameda avoids it well.
Kameda stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lewis.#CL2#
Lewis rushes Kameda and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lewis looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Lewis lands a nice uppercut.
Kameda tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Lewis misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kameda.

Lewis pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lewis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kameda moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
It looked like Kameda wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kameda tries to land a front kick but Lewis steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kameda.
Lewis is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kameda tries a head kick but it misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kameda tries to clinch but Lewis is having none of it.
Lewis appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
A jab from Kameda finds it's way through Lewis's defenses.

and Kameda counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lewis tries for a takedown but Kameda sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lewis takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kameda lands with a shot to the body.
Kameda looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lewis with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kameda to score with a decent uppercut.
Kameda scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Kameda paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Lewis misses with a two punch combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Lewis's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lewis takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lewis lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Lewis shoots in looking for a takedown but Kameda manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lewis's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ryoto Kameda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Lewis.
Lewis fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kameda has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lewis.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Lewis checks a leg kick.

Kameda lands with a hook. Lewis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lewis throws a wild body kick that Kameda sees coming a mile off.
Kameda feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lewiss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!#CL2#

Lewis is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. #SU#
Kameda stands and steps away. Lewis gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Lewis stalks Kameda and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kameda's face. Kameda staggers backwards, shaken.
Kameda bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lewis's head.#CL2#
Lewis takes the fight into the clinch.
Lewis works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process. #BC2#
Lewis breaks the clinch.
Lewis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
It looked like Kameda wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Lewis misses with a takedown
and Lewis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kameda throws a poor cross that misses
and Lewis connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#CL2#

Kameda throws a hook but Lewis avoids it easily.
Kameda tries to close the distance and clinch but Lewis swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lewis throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Kameda is breathing heavily.#CL2#
Kameda tries to keep at a distance but Lewis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Lewis stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Lewis lands with a right to the head.
Lewis blocks a couple of punches on the inside. #TD2#
Lewis has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kameda uses from the top position.
Lewis looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.#SUB2#
Lewis has his feet on Kameda's thighs here. He's pushed Kameda off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kameda screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kameda stuffs the takedown attempt from Ecakals. Ecakals gets slowly back to his feet.
Kameda bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ecakals tries for a takedown but Kameda circles away easily
and Kameda counters with a good, hard body kick but Ecakals shrugs it off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Kameda counters with a left and a right that stings Ecakals.

Ecakals feints and as Kameda raises his hands in defense, Ecakals changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kameda not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

My spies in Power Wrestling Academy inform me that Ecakals has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
