Shepherd avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tree shoots for a takedown but Shepherd saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Tree is looking to clinch but Shepherd is avoiding it.
It looked like Shepherd was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Tree lands a right hook to the body.
Tree scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tree ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Shepherd looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Shepherd with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tree to score with a decent uppercut.

Tree shoots in looking for a takedown. Shepherd tries to sprawl out of it but Tree keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shepherd manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #T1#
Tree is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Shepherd like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Shepherd from another fist facial!
