Snowden closes the distance looking to clinch
and Snowden takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Snowden throws a right and a left that Stomper avoids nicely.
Snowden tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Stomper counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #CUT#
It looks like Edward Snowden has been cut.
Snowden loads up on a big right hand but Stomper slips the punch.
It looked like Stomper was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Snowden.
Stomper dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Stomper looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice shot lands for Stomper.
Snowden closes the distance but Stomper moves to the side
and Stomper counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Edward Snowden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Stomper counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Snowden thinking.

Liberal Stomper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Edward Snowden.

Snowden takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Snowden tries for a takedown but Stomper circles away easily
and Stomper comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Snowden stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Stomper is on him like rabid pit bull! Snowden slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Liberal Stomper!
Liberal Stomper very nearly forgot to thank Urban Fighter amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.

Snowden throws a solid leg kick but Mamoli takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Snowden.#TD#
Snowden closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mamoli to the mat! Mamoli manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Snowden trying to control the position from guard on top but Mamoli is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Snowden has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mamoli is on top in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mamoli wants to pass the guard but Snowden is keeping the position.
Snowden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mamoli not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Snowden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#T1##SUB2#
Mamoli drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Snowden manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Mamoli has Snowden in his guard.#REVR##SUB2#
Snowden is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mamoli has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Snowden is looking to defend but Mamoli has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Snowden! Mamoli pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Snowden taps out and this one is all over!
