#R1# Karpin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tyson throws a big counter combination but Karpin scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Karpin listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Karpin paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Karpin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Tyson with a poor takedown and Karpin counters with a crisp right that sends Tyson to the canvas! Karpin follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Tyson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Smith trying to control but Tyson is working from the bottom. Smith sitting in guard, not really doing much. Tyson keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Smith is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Smith is looking to work some ground and pound but Tyson has wrist control.#T1# Tyson is trying to keep Smith in close.
