Cantona smiles back at him and beckons him forward. #CUT2# It looks like Eric Cantona has been cut. Cantona takes a shot right to the bread basket. Desmond lands with a kick to the temple. Cantona shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Desmond is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Desmond tries to clinch there but Cantona circles away.
Cantona thinks about countering with a head kick. Desmond lands a head kick. Cantona smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Desmond is pawing at Cantona, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Cantona's nose. Cantona is badly hurt! Desmond pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Cantona tries desperately to hold on but Desmond is relentless in his assault! As Cantona receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Desmond away and this one is in the books!

Collete really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Collete has Desmond pressed against the cage, preventing Desmond from circling away and getting back to striking at range.#BC# Collete breaks from the clinch.

#CUT2# It looks like Prince Atkinson has been cut. Desmond shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Atkinson but Atkinson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Desmond doesn't manage to clinch there - Atkinson circles away.
Kang Desmond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
