The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sutherland pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Oneil is keeping the position for now. Oneil looking to control.
Sutherland passes Oneil's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Oneil blocking the ground and pound attempt from Sutherland. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #R1# Oneil staying out of range there.#TD2# Bogdanov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Oneil did well to prevent Bogdanov getting side control. Oneil is controlling Bogdanov's trapped leg to prevent Bogdanov from advancing to side control. Bogdanov thows a huge punch but Oneil dodges it nicely.

#R1# Patton fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Oneil on the side of the head. Patton swings for the body but Oneil moves out of range.
Oneil needs to keep his hands up - Patton had a free shot at his head there.#ROC2# Oneil is rocked! Patton cracks Oneil with a left hook right on the temple and Oneil goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Patton lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Oneil is OK!

#R1##TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Oneil enables Kizota to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Oneil manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Kizota in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Oneil controls Kizota momentarily but Kizota frees himself. Oneil lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR# Oneil is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kizota really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oneil. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kizota lands a decent shot there.
