Star on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Star tries to get out of the position.

Hamilton is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Star has escaped the position, nice work there.
Hamilton creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Star sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Donaldson goes for a double leg but Star avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Star continues to drive forward.
Star is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.

Donaldson closes the distance and clinches up with Star, looking for a takedown. Donaldson pushes Star against the cage but Star circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Star doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Curt Donaldson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
