#R1# Nice takedown defense from Augusto. No joy for McKagan on that attempt. Augusto throws a big counter combination but McKagan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Augusto with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Augusto displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McKagan. Augusto tries to counter by clinching up but McKagan breaks away and moves out of range. We've been told by Augusto's head coaches at Shark Tank MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Augusto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. #CL# Augusto forces McKagan back against the cage and clinches.
