#R1# A punch combination from Galantis misses. Galantis looks to land a combination. Rawlings sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Sloppy strikes from Galantis. Those never looked like landing. Galantis lands the left hand. Galantis lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. The fighters circle momentarily. Galantis darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Good standup being displayed there by Galantis as he connects with a hook. Rawlings misses with a body punch
enabling Galantis to counter with a crisp jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Galantis scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.#TD# Rawlings closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Galantis did well to prevent Rawlings getting side control. Galantis is trying to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Galantis wants to stand back up but Rawlings manages to pass into side control.
#SUB# Rawlings looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. #SUB# Rawlings has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Galantis is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rawlings yanks on the arm and Galantis is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rawlings.
