#R1# Nothing ducks right into an uppercut from Carver. Carver cracks Nothing with a good jab.#ROC# Nothing is rocked! Nothing uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carver.
Nothing is still on wobbly legs! Can Carver finish him? Carver ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Nothing seems to have recovered his senses. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nothing is defended easily by Carver. Nothing gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Carver points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Nothing wakes up just in time to hear Carver thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

#R1# Machabeau fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nothing looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.#CL2# Machabeau closes the distance and clinches. Machabeau is pushing Nothing up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. #BC2# Machabeau breaks the clinch.
A punch lands to the side of Nothing 's head but he takes it in his stride. Nothing doesn't succeed with the takedown and Machabeau cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Machabeau scores with a decent looking hook. Nothing tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Machabeau swivels and escapes. Machabeau is looking for the big counter here. Nothing walks into a stiff left hand from Machabeau.#T1# Nothing shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Machabeau counters with a lovely shot to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Here Goes Nothing. That's going to take a lot out of him. Machabeau scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Machabeau cracks Nothing with a good jab. Nothing takes a shot to the body in his stride.

That was a close round but I would say that Jumpin Jack Flash will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. #R2# Nothing shoots in for a takedown but Flash shows good takedown defense. #TD# Flash feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Flash wants to pass the guard but Nothing is keeping the position. Our spies down at at Gym Boiks inform us that Nothing has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Flash is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nothing can do to turn this around? There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nothing is on top in guard.
