Cobra shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Saitiev eats them both and turns towards Cobra to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Cobra lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Cobra. Cobra moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Saitiev wants to clinch. Saitiev shoots in for a takedown but Cobra shows good takedown defense. Cobra is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Saitiev fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cobra avoids it really well and circles away. Cobra is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Saitiev is looking to clinch. #TD2# Cobra turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Cobra manages to end up in side control. Saitiev gets back to half guard.#SUB# Cobra moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Saitiev. Saitiev tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Cobra presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Cobra is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Saitiev is in real trouble.

Bernardo Suarez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Suarez scores with a three punch combo!
Suarez wants to clinch#TD# and Saitiev counters with a shoot takedown. Suarez fights it but they end up in guard. Saitiev is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Saitiev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Suarez swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Suarez working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Saitiev. Saitiev controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Suarez looking to sweep here. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Saitiev pushes down on Suarez's leg and manages to get into half guard. Saitiev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.#TD# Saitiev manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Beasley on his heels. He'll look to pass Beasley's guard now, I'm sure. Saitiev trying to control the position from guard on top but Beasley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Beasley can do anything to dispel that myth. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saitiev postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Saitiev looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #R1# Stibr tries to close the distance and clinch but Saitiev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Stibr has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tycoon Gym in the buildup to the fight. Stibr looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Saitiev wants to clinch. Stibr tries to bum rush Saitiev with a series of wild strikes but Saitiev uses good footwork to avoid the assault.#TD2# Stibr gets caught flat footed, as Saitiev shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Saitiev throwing strikes from guard but Stibr blocks nicely. Saitiev has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Saitiev is stalling in the full guard. Saitiev wants to pass the guard but Stibr is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Saitiev working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Saitiev passes Stibr's right leg, so he's now in half guard. #R1# Sai throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saitiev's waist but Saitiev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sai off to one side. Buvaisar Saitiev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sai misses with the body kick#TD2# and Saitiev counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Saitiev stays in close to Sai's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sai bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Saitiev's guard. #REVR##SUB2# Sai got a little sloppy there for a moment and Saitiev has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sai has managed to get both his arms back between Saitiev's legs - danger averted.#SUB2# Sai has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Saitiev to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sai is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Saitiev pulls down on the head and he's put Sai to sleep! This one is all over!
