#R1# Storm lands a jab-cross combination. Storm is looking to clinch but Winner is avoiding it.
Storm moves in looking to clinch but Winner pushes him off. Storm catches Winner with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Winner throws a poor cross that misses
and Storm cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Storm uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Winner.
Winner swats away the attempt to clinch by Storm. Winner throws a lazy right hand but Storm sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Storm tries to clinch there but Winner circles away.
Winner misses with a straight left. Storm moves in looking to clinch but Winner pushes him off.#TD2# Winner closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Storm to the mat! Storm manages to get full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Storm being controlled here, momentarily. #T1# Storm wants to stand and escape but Winner is having none of it. Storm trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Winner sitting in guard, not really doing much. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Storm knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Winner on the ground. Winner sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Storm's guard. Winner passes the guard and advances to mount! #T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Storm is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Winner has taken his back.
#SUB2# Winner is working for a rear naked choke. Storm is not defending it well and Winner has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Storm refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Storm's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

#R1# Storm wants to clinch. Storm tries to clinch but Zyx is having none of it. Zyx has a takedown stuffed. Zyx circles away from the clinch attempt.
Xix Zyx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Storm tries to clinch but Zyx moves out of range. Zyx avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Zyx fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Storm moves in looking to clinch but Zyx pushes him off. Storm lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Storm goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Storm tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zyx swats him away and circles back towards the center. Storm keeps the fight on the outside. Left hook, right uppercut from Storm. Storm tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zyx paws at him with a jab and circles away. It seemed like Zyx was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Nice straight punches there by Storm. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Storm. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Zyx shoots in and drives through. Storm sprawls well. Aage Storm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Xix Zyx.#T1# Zyx shoots in looking for a takedown. Storm tries to sprawl out of it but Zyx keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Storm manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jab from Storm.#TD2# Storm gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Zyx to score an easy takedown into full guard. Storm wants to get back to his feet but Zyx is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Zyx looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Storm might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Zyx stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Storm swivels though and keeps the full guard. #T2# Storm wants to stand but Zyx is controlling the position. Zyx passes into half guard. Storm is trying to stand.

#T3##REF3# The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Aage Storm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Zyx takes a shot right to the bread basket. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Zyx ducks right into an uppercut from Storm. The fight stays on the outside here - Storm looks like he's thinking about clinching though.#TD2# Zyx shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Zyx is pushing down on Storm's leg trying to pass to half guard. Storm is fighting to maintain full guard but Zyx has managed to sneak the leg through. Zyx is taking a breather. Storm says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Let's hope that Zyx has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Zyx stops Storm from getting back to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zyx looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. #SUB2# Zyx has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Storm defend it? Zyx steps over the head and cranks it - Storm is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Zyx!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Xix Zyx! In his post fight interview, Xix Zyx started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
