Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Duque misses with a takedown attempt - Spence sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Spence pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Spence looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Duque shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Spence but Spence pushes him off and we're back to square one. Alan Spence has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Stankovic lands a shot to the body. Duque tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Duque has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio in the buildup to the fight. Duque has his takedown stuffed and Polizzi counters with a lovely straight right hand!#TD# Duque closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Polizzi did well to prevent Duque getting side control. Polizzi has his hands clasped together around Duque's back. He's all about the action. Polizzi is trying to get back to full guard. Polizzi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Duque is working away from the top position though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Polizzi tries to get to full guard but Duque has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Duque wants it to stay on the feet. Shotguntoter walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.#TD# Shotguntoter feints and as Duque raises his hands in defense, Shotguntoter changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Duque has his hands on Shotguntoter's head, controlling the position. Shotguntoter would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Shotguntoter trying to control but Duque is working from the bottom. Shotguntoter sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Duque's guard. #T1# Duque is looking to improve his position.

#T4# We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Shotguntoter gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. A shot to the liver by Duque. Beautiful body shot. Good shot there by Duque. Duque throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Shotguntoter stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Duque bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Shotguntoter's head. Shotguntoter tries for a takedown but Duque circles away easily and Duque counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Duque feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Shotguntoters jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Shotguntoter throws a hook to the side of Duque's head but Duque sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Duque bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Shotguntoter takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Shotguntoter closes the distance and clinches up with Duque, looking for a takedown. Shotguntoter pushes Duque against the cage but Duque circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Duque throws out a counter right but Shotguntoter avoids it with no problem. Shotguntoter swings widly with a right hand
and Duque counters with a left and a right that stings Shotguntoter.
And that's the end of the fight! Wilton Duque comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Duque winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
