Gallo looks to land a left hand but Baggins moved out of range nicely. Gallo loads up on a big right hand but Baggins slips the punch. Baggins uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gallo. Baggins creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Gallo! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Baggins.

#R1# Gallo cracks Dela Cruz with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Gallo lands a glancing blow to the side of Dela Cruz's head. Gallo getting the better of the striking in that exchange.#ROC# Dela Cruz is rocked! Gallo fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Dela Cruz to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Dela Cruz looks to clinch but Gallo throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Dela Cruz taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Lucas Gallo! A pretty intense looking Lucas Gallo took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.

#R1# Sazonov tries for a takedown but Gallo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Sazonov is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gallo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sazonov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gallo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sazonov scrambles back to his feet. Sazonov dives in for a single leg takedown but Gallo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Lucas Gallo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergey Sazonov. Sazonov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Gallo connects with a single shot there.#KD# Gallo sends Sazonov crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Gallo is motioning to the referee to let Sazonov up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!#ROC# Sazonov is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Sergey Sazonov has been cut. Gallo is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. This has been an exciting period of action! Sazonov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gallo is fending him off so far but Sazonov persists. Nope, Gallo circles away and we're back to standing. Sazonov is still on wobbly legs! Can Gallo finish him? Gallo dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sazonov circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Gallo. Sazonov falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Gallo!
