That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.#TD2# Ensio fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Jones to the ground. Ensio is now in Jones's guard. Jones can't keep his opponent in guard - Ensio advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Jones is breathing heavily. Ensio thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ensio lands strikes from half guard. Ensio scoring with strikes to the body and head. Well, if Ensio is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Ensio working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Jones's thigh. Jones counters though and makes it back to full guard. Jones can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ensio controls the pace. Jones definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Ensio stands and throws Jones's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ensio tries to move to mount but Jones blocks the move with his legs. Ensio working the ground and pound. Ensio controls the position from side control.#T2##SU2# Ensio decides to stand back up. Ensio steps back and let's Jones get back to his feet.#TD2# Ensio shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard. Ensio passes Jones's left leg - he's now in half guard. Ensio trying to mount his opponent but Jones defends it. #SUB2# Ensio is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Ensio is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but MiG defends well and Jones ends up having to push MiG into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. MiG lands a right hook to the body.
#CL# MiG moves into the clinch successfully.
Jones's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Jones takes a shot to the head. A short right from MiG. Still in the clinch, MiG scores with a nice short uppercut. With the fighters clinched against the cage, MiG creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. MiG lands a body shot. Jones looks winded! Jones has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. MiG is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. MiG is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Jones looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. MiG lands a body shot. This has been an exciting period of action! MiG pushes Jones back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. The referee is keeping an eye on MiG - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Jones fails with the takedown#TD2# and Miz counters with a takedown into side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Jones (0) vs (4) Miz#SUB2# Miz swings around for an armbar but Jones sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Miz's guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Jones (2) vs (4) Miz Miz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hilo's coach down at Iron Man (Fitness & Sparring) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hilo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Hilo lands a hook that snaps the head of Jones backwards. Hilo lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Hilo lands a hook to the side of the head. Hilo unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Jones! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Hilo is unloading with more strikes now! Jones drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

And that's the end of the fight! Jack Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Jones prevents Rosario from breaking the clinch.#BC# Rosario pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#TD2# Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Rosario scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Jones manages to mount him!

Hyde throws a one two combo.
Hyde rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jones leaves Hyde with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.#CL2# Jones moves into the clinch. Hyde really is a fat lump. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hyde utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Hyde goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jones prevents it.
#TD2# Jones gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Hyde regains guard.
#T1# Jones seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hyde is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Jones missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
