Nathan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Wangler shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nathan as he jumps to the side. Nathan cracks Wangler with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Wangler on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A cross from Nathan lands. Nathan sizes up Wangler with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Nathan lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
#T1# Wangler takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Nathan catches Wangler with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Nathan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Nathan does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Buckeye goes for a double leg but Wangler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wangler continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jab Buckeye. That's going to take a lot out of him. #R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Wangler throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Srna sees it coming and avoids it easily. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Srna! But no joy. Srna swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Wangler tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Srna manages to circle out of the way. Wangler swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Srna steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wangler. Srna looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Srna uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wangler. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wangler misses with a body shot.
