This has been an exciting period of action!
Fighter D looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Sonnen bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Holt is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Holt is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sonnen connects with a decent elbow.
Sonnen cracks Holt with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Sonnen immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Holt is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Sonnen!

Madden pulls Sonnen in close to prevent any damage.
Madden working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sonnen.
Sonnen is in close to Madden's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sonnen works over Madden with some ground and pound from guard.
Sonnen throws a strike but Madden rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. #REVR#

Holmes gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sonnen lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Sonnen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Holmes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sonnen is pushing down on Holmes's leg trying to pass to half guard. Holmes is fighting to maintain full guard but Sonnen has managed to sneak the leg through.
