#R1# Marshall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marshall wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Marshall circles away from the clinch attempt#TD# and Marshall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fergersun won't be happy with that. Fergersun taking a bit of punishment here - Marshall scoring with strikes. Marshall could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Fergersun tries to improve position but can't. Marshall working the ground and pound from side control. Fergersun gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Fergersun has hold of Marshall's hands but Marshall slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Marshall is nestled in close to Fergersun, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.#SUB2# Fergersun looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Fergersun is in trouble now - Marshall has advanced to mount! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fergersun is working to get back to half guard.

Marshall fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Marshall with a couple of short strikes. Fergersun sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Marshall lands strikes from half guard. Fergersun wants to get back to full guard. Marshall working over Fergersun with some ground and pound. Fergersun looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Marshall scoring with strikes to the body and head. Marshall winds up and cracks Fergersun with a swinging punch to the side of the head. #ROC# Fergersun is rocked! Marshall lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Fergersun is still in real trouble! Can Marshall finish him? Marshall lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. #T2# We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice strikes from Marshall there. Marshall is nestled in close to Fergersun, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Marshall looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Marshall prevents Fergersun from improving his position. Marshall looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fergersun with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Ground and pound from Marshall. Marshall scores with a big shot! Fergersun's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Fergersun! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

#R1##CL2# Fergersun moves into range and clinches up with Callahan.#TD# Callahan gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Fergersun is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
#SUB2# Fergersun throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Callahan escapes and throws Fergersun's legs to the side, diving into side control! Callahan grinds an elbow into Fergersun's temple. #SUB# Callahan wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fergersun, who protects the arm well. Fergersun tries to buck Callahan off but Callahan is having none of it. Callahan working the head with strikes. Callahan works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Callahan lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. #T1##SUB# Fergersun wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Callahan has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Fergersun's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Fergersun is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Callahan!

#R1# Fergersun throws a series of punches but Hartman avoids them all with ease. Fergersun lands with a nice combination. Hartman backs away looking to recover.#CUT2# It looks like Virgilio Hartman has been cut.#TD# Hartman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Fergersun on his heels. He'll look to pass Fergersun's guard now, I'm sure.#SUB2# Fergersun pushes a forearm under Hartman's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hartman is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
