#R1# Giantsbane fails with the takedown.#TD# Olsen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Olsen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#ES2# Giantsbane throws Olsen to one side and escapes! Olsen takes a jab right on the kisser.
#CUT2# It looks like Walton Olsen has been cut.#TD# Olsen gets a double leg takedown into Giantsbane's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Giantsbane pulls Olsen in close to his closed guard and prevents Olsen from doing any damage or advancing position. Olsen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Olsen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Giantsbane wants to stand but Olsen is controlling the position. Olsen is working Giantsbane over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. #T1# Giantsbane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Olsen is controlling him. Giantsbane is trying to keep Olsen in close.
Giantsbane is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Olsen dives into side control.
Giantsbane is pushing Olsen's head away, looking to escape. Olsen manages to hold on to the position though. Olsen has control of an arm but Giantsbane manages to advance to Olsen's back! Olsen is in bad spot here.
Giantsbane is riding his opponent, not letting Olsen buck him off. Olsen trying to get back to his feet but Giantsbane is in full control for now. #T2# Will Giantsbane go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Olsen is trying to get back to his feet but Giantsbane has full control of the position and if anything, Olsen has just worked his way into a worse spot. Giantsbane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Olsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Olsen manages to reverse the position and now he's in Giantsbane's guard. Nice work there by Olsen.
#T3# Giantsbane is looking to sweep but instead, Olsen has passed into half guard.
Giantsbane is concentrating on defense, preventing Olsen from advancing position. #SUB# Olsen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Giantsbane doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Olsen. #SUB# Olsen is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
#T4# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.#SUB# Olsen is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Giantsbane has managed to free his arm - good work. Giantsbane is trying to control but Olsen manages to pass to mount!
Olsen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Giantsbane wants to get back to his feet.
#SUB# Olsen working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Giantsbane looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Olsen! Submission of the night perhaps?
