#R1# Lee shoots in for a double leg but Kirkland sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lee misses with a takedown attempt and Kirkland counters with a nice uppercut. Kirkland throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily. Lee with a lazy takedown attempt and Kirkland counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Andre Kirkland has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruce Lee. Kirkland feints a jab promting Lee to slip. Kirkland then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Lee slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Lee looks to clinch and Lee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #CUT# It looks like Bruce Lee has been cut. Kirkland throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Lee misses with a takedown and Kirkland connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Lee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kirkland counters with a stiff right hand. A slapping leg kick lands for Kirkland .
This has been an exciting period of action! Lee has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Kirkland lands a head shot. Lee fails with a takedown attempt. Bruce Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee looks winded!#T1# Lee misses with a takedown attempt and Kirkland counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Lee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kirkland swivels and escapes.#KD# Kirkland lands a left and a right that send Lee crashing to the mat, dazed. Kirkland thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC# Lee is rocked! Kirkland lands with a right that hurts Lee. Lee looks to clinch but Kirkland throws a short knee that drops Lee. This one is all over!
