#R1# Roscoe keeps the fight on the outside. Banchamek misses the jab. Roscoe moves away from the strike by Banchamek. Banchamek misses with an uppercut
#TD# and Roscoe counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roscoe winds up and cracks Banchamek with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Roscoe takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Roscoe takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roscoe perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. #T1# Banchamek on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Roscoe slips a nice elbow through Banchamek's hands, connecting with Banchamek's forehead. Roscoe is figuring out what he wants to do next. Roscoe takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Roscoe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T2# Roscoe trying to control the pace. #T3##REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.#TD# Roscoe shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.#T4# Roscoe slows the pace down in half guard. Nice strikes from Roscoe there. Banchamek really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roscoe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Roscoe seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. #SUB# Roscoe is trying for a kimura here. #R1# Banchamek moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Souza throws a head kick but Banchamek moves out of range.
Banchamek swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.#TD2# Souza gets a takedown into half guard.#SUB2# Souza is working for a submission of some sort.
Banchamek won't allow Souza to pass to mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Souza works his foot free and advances to mount. #T1# Souza controlling the pace for now. #SU2# Souza stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. #CL2# Souza rushes Banchamek and presses him up against the cage.#TD2# Souza pulls guard effortlessly. #ES2# Souza is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Banchamek presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. #BC2# Souza's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Souza is looking to land body kicks.#T2# Souza on the wrong end of a nice jab.#TD2# Souza shoots in and gets a takedown into Banchamek's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Souza controls from within his opponent's guard. #T3# Souza's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Souza scoring with punches to the head and body. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Banchamek trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Souza lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Banchamek not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
