Granger is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Granger must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Diaz has a closed guard, preventing Granger from standing up. Granger not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T1# Granger has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Diaz is proving hard to escape from. #SUB# Granger wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Diaz's closed guard. He's half up but Diaz has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Diaz pivots and extends the arm, Granger falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Diaz! Well done that man!

Granger prevents Delaney from breaking the clinch. A right hand to the body from Granger.
Granger lands with a right to the head. Granger presses Delaney against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Granger softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Granger lands a body shot. Delaney is breathing heavily. Granger is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Delaney is trying to force a seperation but Granger has the dominant position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Granger scores with a nice hook to the head. Delaney really is a fat lump. Granger works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Granger creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Granger is working Delaney over against the cage. Granger lands with a light punch inside. #ROC2# Delaney is rocked! Granger dips a shoulder and cracks Delaney with a mighty uppercut! Delaney falls back against the cage and Granger unloads with a barrage of strikes! Delaney is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Granger screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
