#R1# Jackson tries for a takedown but De Souza sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. De Souza defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jackson. De Souza stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and De Souza wants it to stay on the feet. Gabriel De Souza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Jackson. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but De Souza paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jackson avoids a punch combination nicely.

#R1# A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Green. A little jabbing left from Jackson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.#CL2# Jackson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Jackson has Green pressed against the cage, preventing Green from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Jackson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jackson is trying to break free. Jackson working hard to break the clinch. Jackson tries to pull guard but Green holds him up against the cage and eventually Jackson drops back down to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Green's elbow. Jackson is trying to force a seperation but Green has the dominant position.#BC# Green escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
#TD# Green closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jackson is not content to let Green control the position. #T1# Jackson is looking to regain half guard here but Green keeps moving and retains side control. Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Green's waist but Green gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
