The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sloan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Sloan working some strikes from top position. Sloan content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Sloan lands a couple of elbows.#SU# Sloan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Knight, up you get! Sloan circles away from the clinch attempt and Sloan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Knight looks winded! He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Knight has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sloan is really squeezing tight and eventually Knight passes out! Sloan breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

#R1##CL2# Battle tries to keep at a distance but Knight has taken the fight into the clinch. Battle leaning his opponent against the cage. Battle with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Battle lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Knight lands a body shot. The referee is keeping an eye on Battle - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Battle's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Knight swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Battle lands with a light punch inside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Battle taking a breather. Knight lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Knight tries to throw a body punch but Battle avoids it by throwing Knight back against the cage. Travis distracts Knight with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Travis postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Travis landing with the ground and pound. #R1# Crunch! Knight slams his shin into Witt's torso. Knight jabs at Witt's body.#KD2# Knight lands a big right hand that sends Witt crashing to the mat! Knight stays standing though and waves Witt back to his feet!#ROC2# Witt is rocked!#CUT2# It looks like Darius Witt has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Witt gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Knight points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Witt wakes up just in time to hear Knight thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
