Freshwater is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jay doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Freshwater.

Jay definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jay looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Jay has his feet on Freshwater's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Freshwater swings for the body but Jay moves out of range.

Jay throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Freshwater was covering up waiting for the punch and Jay finishes the takedown easily into guard. #SUB2#

Freshwater escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jay gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Freshwater has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jay can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Freshwater working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jay doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Freshwater is tightening it up a little... Jay has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jay reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jay taps out! Nice BJJ there by Freshwater!

A relieved looking Joey Freshwater thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Dairy connects with a body shot that sends Jay's belly button to the back.
Jay looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Dairy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jay sprawling to the canvas! Jay rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dairy finish him?! #ROC#

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dairy fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Dairy drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Jay's head, knocking him out cold! Dairy is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

As Mike Dairy got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: My opponent better send his ass back to college! He isn't cut out for this life. I want to get back in here as soon as possible to continue proving I'm the best.'.
