#R1# Richardson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Richardson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Tanner jabs at Richardson 's body. Tanner connects with a good right hand that stumbles Richardson . Richardson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.#ROC# Richardson is rocked! Tanner cracks Richardson with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

Richardson tries to avoid it but Fdsa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Richardson to the ground. Richardson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. #TD2# Fdsa closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Richardson 's guard.#SUB# Richardson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fdsa works a leg free and moves into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Fdsa in particular looking to stall. Fdsa wants to lay and pray for a moment but Richardson keeps working. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fdsa working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Richardson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Richardson tries to get out of the position. Fdsa not landing any meaningful shots this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fdsa is nestled in close to Richardson , controlling him well. #R1# Ulster is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Richardson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Ulster's jab looks to have found its range, popping Richardson under the eye. Richardson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ulster defends it nicely. Richardson takes one on the button.#TD2# Richardson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Ulster tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Richardson is in Ulster's guard. Ulster is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Ulster working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Richardson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Richardson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. This has been an exciting period of action! Richardson stops Ulster from getting back to his feet.
