Mung pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Mung. Goblin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#TD# Mung ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mung no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Goblin scoring with punches to the head and body. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goblin with a flurry of punches that miss. Mung keeping full guard, as Goblin tries to pass. #R1# Goblin keeps the fight on the outside. Fighter throws a right hand that Goblin ducks under and follows up with a left that Goblin also avoids with ease. And Goblin tries to counter it with a takedown but Fighter pushes his down on his head and steps out. Fighter wants to clinch but Goblin slips to the side and Goblin counters with a nice low kick that buckles Fighter's knee momentarily. Goblin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Goblin is trying to counter with his kicks. Fighter misses with an uppercut. Fighter misses with a leg kick #TD2# and Goblin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Goblin slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Goblin content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Goblin is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Goblin wants to control but Drop is keeping busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Martinus shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Goblin but Goblin pushes him off and we're back to square one. Martinus looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Goblin tried to counter with a leg kick but Martinus avoided it. Flying Goblin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Botros Martinus. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #R1# Martinus shoots for a double leg takedown but Goblin sprawls well. He's pushed Martinus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Goblin attempts a counter takedown but Martinus avoids it well and moves away. Martinus looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Martinus tries to score a power double leg takedown but Goblin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Martinus somewhat. Martinus shoots for a takedown but Goblin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Flying Goblin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Botros Martinus. Martinus shoots in looking for a takedown. Goblin tries to sprawl out of it but Martinus keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Goblin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Goblin drops down looking for a counter takedown but Martinus sprawls and moves away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Martinus shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Goblin counters with a head kick. #T1# Martinus doesn't succeed with the takedown and Goblin counters with a leg kick. Martinus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Goblin as he avoids it easily. Goblin half committed to a counter leg kick. Martinus tries to close the distance and clinch but Goblin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Martinus tries to clinch but Goblin moves away #TD# and Goblin counters with a shoot takedown. Martinus fights it but they end up in guard. Goblin is standing up over Martinus. Martinus looks to escape but Goblin dives into side control.
#REVB# Goblin in side control, just content to control the action for now. Goblin lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Martinus down.
#CUT# That has opened up Botros Martinus's cut even more.#T2# Goblin lands a nice forearm strike. Goblin working the ground and pound. Goblin creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.#CUT# Botros Martinus's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
