#R1# King shoots in for a takedown but Gomez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Eel King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gomez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King. #TD# King closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gomez to the mat! Gomez manages to get full guard. Gomez wants to stand and escape but King is having none of it. King wants to control from the top but Gomez keeps moving. King has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. King is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gomez is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. King advances to half guard. #SUB# King looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Eel King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD# Dozer gets caught napping as King dives in and scores a takedown. Dozer manages to retain guard. Dozer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with King. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# King drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and King jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Dozer wants to stand but King is controlling the position. King has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Dozer keeping full guard, as King tries to pass. King might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #R1##CL2# Wilson closes the distance and pushes King back into the cage. King has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Wilson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. King wants a takedown.

King has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Wilson after a bit of a struggle. King has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Ramos is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. King showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
