Banks fails with the takedown and Taiwo counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Travis Banks. That's going to take a lot out of him. A combination from Taiwo does no damage. Taiwo circles away from the clinch attempt and Taiwo counters with a two punch combo. Banks on the wrong end of a nice jab. A punch combination from Taiwo misses. Taiwo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Banks tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. #T1# Banks looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Taiwo is fending him off so far but Banks persists. Nope, Taiwo circles away and we're back to standing. A nice combination there by Taiwo.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Banks controlling the position.#T1# Banks lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Banks looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Nail tries to land a sweep but no joy. Banks stays in close to Nail's body and controls the position. Nail working a defensive guard but Banks manages to pass into side control anyway.
Nail knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Banks on the ground. Banks just content to control the position. Banks is still on wobbly legs! Can Nail finish him? I was talking to Nail's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Knees to the body from Nail.
Banks seems to have recovered his senses. Nail lands a big knee to the head and Banks goes down! Nail pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

Lowry is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Banks wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Fred Lowry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Travis Banks. Lowry keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Banks's efforts to push away. A right hand to the body from Lowry.

A head kick by Banks misses #KD2# and Baba counters with a nice right hand that sends Banks toppling to the canvas! Banks scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Baba finish him?! Baba connects with a superb combination that knocks Banks out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Baba before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Banks!
