#R1# Foster shoots in looking for a takedown but Dude manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Foster's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dude has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.#CL# Foster moves into the clinch successfully.
Dude is trying to break the clinch but Foster has him pressed against the cage. #TD# Foster pulls guard effortlessly. Dude connects with a couple of short punches. Dude with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Foster is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dude throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dude postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Foster being controlled here, momentarily. Foster looking to sweep here. No luck so far. #T1# Dude trying to control but Foster is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Foster trying to control the position.
#SUB# Foster has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Dude should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Foster has tightened it up now! Dude should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

#R1# Yakuza with a poor takedown #TD2# and Dude counters with a single leg into guard. Yakuza didn't expect that. Yakuza looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Dude is stalling in the full guard. Let's hope that Dude has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Dude pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Yakuza is keeping the position for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dude throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Yakuza works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dude cracks Yakuza with a solid left hand. Dude not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T1# Yakuza avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Dude scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Dude connects with a couple of short punches. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dude trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dude landing with the ground and pound. Dude is in close to Yakuza's body, working some short punches and elbows. Dude is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Dude makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.#ROC2# Yakuza is rocked!#T2# Dude seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Oh Yakuza is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Dude cracks Yakuza with a solid left hand. Dude scoring with punches to the head and body. Dude postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Yakuza covers up, he's hurt! Dude keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Dude and the ref steps in to end the fight! Dude can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

#R1# Goethals misses with a kick to the body #TD# so Dude counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Dude wants to control from the top but Goethals keeps moving. Goethals preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Dude advances to half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Goethals is trying to control but can't.
Goethals keeping control of the position. Goethals wants to get back to full guard but Dude has mounted him! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dude scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Goethals?
Dude can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Goethals is looking to escape. Dude has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dude with a couple of short strikes.#T1# Goethals is looking to improve his position but Dude isn't that keen on the idea. Dude tries to control but Goethals wriggling away. Goethals really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dude looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Goethals covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Some Dude! Hunter Goethals spoke after the fight, saying 'Congrats on my opponent tonight. I fought hard but he outsmarted tonight good job!!!'.
