Grapple looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Grapple lands an overhand right.#TD# Grapple gets the takedown into side control. Wynns Jr throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. Grapple tries to advance position but instead Wynns Jr slips a leg back in to half guard. Grapple winds up and cracks Wynns Jr with a swinging punch to the side of the head. #SUB# Grapple is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Wynns Jr wants to control but Grapple is keeping busy and won't allow it. #R1##TD2# Excellent takedown into side control there by Kentas. #SUB2# Kentas is trying to get an arm triangle but Wynns Jr is defending well. Wynns Jr struggling a bit here. My spies in Team Grunt inform me that Kentas has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!#SUB2# Kentas working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. #SUB2# Kentas tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wynns Jr throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
#T1# The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Wynns Jr is trying to get back to half guard. Kentas trying to control the position but Wynns Jr is working away. #SUB2# Kentas is working to tighten his grip on Wynns Jr's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wynns Jr has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kentas is really squeezing tight and eventually Wynns Jr passes out! Kentas breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
