#R1# Mcguinness moves forwards but Williams connects with a nice, crisp jab. Mcguinness moves out of range as Williams strikes. Williams avoids the head kick by Mcguinness.
A counter left hand to the body from Williams misses its target. Mcguinness shoots in for a takedown but Williams shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mcguinness tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Williams paws at him with a jab and circles away. Mcguinness throws a head kick that misses. Mcguinness throws a lazy body kick and Williams counters with a stiff right hand. #TD2# Mcguinness feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Mcguinness trying to control the position from guard on top but Williams is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. #ES# Williams scrambles and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Williams pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Mcguinness looks for a takedown but Williams sprawls well.#T1# Williams is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Mcguinness fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mcguinness takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Mcguinness throws a right hand that Williams ducks under and follows up with a left that Williams also avoids with ease. Mcguinness tries to clinch but Williams moves away and Williams counters with a stiff right hand. Williams definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Williams lunges at Mcguinness with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mcguinness's hand. Mcguinness fails with the takedown letting Williams counter with a right hand. Michael Carter Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Mcguinness. Mcguinness looks winded! The fight stays on the outside here - Mcguinness looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Williams throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mcguinness. A telegraphed right hand from Williams misses the target. Mcguinness shoots in but Williams avoids the takedown attempt easily. Williams misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mcguinness.
#T2# Williams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mcguinness sees it coming and avoids it easily. Mcguinness looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Williams is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Mcguinness tries to clinch up. Williams lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Mcguinness goes down and covers up as Williams starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

#R1# Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hughes moves away. Williams ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Williams throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. No luck for Hughes with that takedown attempt. Williams looks like he wants to counter punch here. Williams fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hughes looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Williams swings for the body but Hughes moves out of range.
Williams looks to throw the jab but Hughes is out of range. Hughes seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Hughes tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hughes moves away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hughes doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Williams takes a swing at Hughes's ribcage but misses. Williams throws a nice looking combination but Hughes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hughes went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Williams looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Williams throws a right hand that misses

Williams throws an overhand right that lands on Hughes's shoulder, as Hughes tries to avoid the shot. Williams lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Hughes is looking to clinch but Williams is avoiding it.
Williams lands with a nice body punch. Hughes finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Williams's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Hughes falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

#R1# A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. Deleon does a little dance to reset his feet. Danga de danga de dang - Deleon scores with a four punch combination! Williams throws a hook but Deleon blocks it. Williams misses the shot to the body. #TD# Deleon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Williams has a closed guard, preventing Deleon from standing up. Deleon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Deleon loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Deleon stands up over Williams, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Williams working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Deleon. Deleon content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. #ES2# Williams pushes Deleon off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Deleon really is a fat lump. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Williams misses with a combination

Williams throws a body punch but Deleon moves out of range. Williams looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Deleon shoots and misses and Williams counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Deleon thinking. Williams misses with a series of wild punches.

Deleon has his takedown stuffed letting Williams counter with a right hand. #T2# Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Williams throws a body shot but no joy. Deleon drops his hands momentarily and Williams takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Williams is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. A decent looking cross lands there for Williams. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Williams!

#TD# and Deleon counters with a nice double leg into guard. Deleon makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deleon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #ES2# Williams manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Deleon went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Williams throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Williams listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Deleon shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Williams scores with the left hand. Deleon knows he should have avoided that one. Deleon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

#R1# Nice sprawl there from Williams as Maynard shoots in. Williams cracks Maynard with an open hand slap. Williams throws a right and a left that Maynard avoids nicely. Maynard could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Maynard takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Williams connects with a body shot that sends Maynard's belly button to the back. Nice shot lands for Williams.#CUT2# It looks like Bud Maynard has been cut. Williams connects with a body shot. Williams connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Williams looks to score with a jab to the body but Maynard is just out of range. As Williams looks to move away, Maynard throws a big counter combo but Williams just gets out of the way. Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Maynard manages to avoid it. Maynard moves forwards but Williams connects with a nice, crisp jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Williams lands a nice shot to the body.

Williams thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC2# Maynard is rocked! Williams is stalking Maynard. Maynard circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Williams, and it's lights out! Maynard really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

#TD# and Collins counters with a shoot takedown. Williams fights it but they end up in guard. #ES2# Williams kicks Collins off and gets to his feet. Williams thuds a left hand into Collins's body. Collins takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Williams lands with a nice body punch. Williams pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Collins back to the cage. Williams follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Collins shoots for a double leg takedown but Williams sprawls well. He's pushed Collins's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Collins on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Collins falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Williams wins by TKO!
