Sujatro is fighting the takedown attempt but Vendal gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Vendal is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Sujatro is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Sujatro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vendal on the ground. Vendal postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vendal missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. #SUB# Sujatro has his foot on Vendal's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vendal works his way back into a safe position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vendal wants to control from the top but Sujatro keeps moving. Vendal advances position into side control!#T1# Vendal advances to mount. Vendal controlling the pace for now. Vendal takes Sujatro's back. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sujatro is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Vendal lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Sujatro fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Vendal is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Vendal is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Vendal is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Vendal hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

#R1##TD# Stocker Ii closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. #SUB# Stocker Ii is working to tighten his grip on Vendal's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Vendal has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Stocker Ii is really squeezing tight and eventually Vendal passes out! Stocker Ii breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

#R1# Vendal tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Laguera swivels and escapes. Laguera shoots in looking for a takedown but Vendal manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Laguera's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.#TD# Vendal throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Laguera was covering up waiting for the punch and Vendal finishes the takedown easily into guard. #SUB2# Laguera has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Vendal is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Laguera. Laguera trying to remain calm as Vendal controls from the top position. Laguera is not content to let Vendal control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Vendal tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Vendal wants to control but Laguera is keeping him busy. Vendal gets slowly back to his feet. Laguera looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vendal is fending him off so far but Laguera persists. Nope, Vendal circles away and we're back to standing. Vendal seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Artorias Vendal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alejandro Laguera. A head kick misses from Vendal. Vendal leaves Laguera with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Laguera tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vendal swats him away and circles back towards the center. Vendal connects with a slap. Clancy with a lazy takedown attempt #TD# and Vendal counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Clancy! Vendal lands a nice forearm strike. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Clancy is not content to let Vendal control the position. Vendal just content to control the position. Vendal wants to control but Clancy is keeping him busy. Clancy is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Vendal tries to move into full mount but can't pass Clancy's legs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Clancy gets back to half guard. Vendal wants to pass to mount but Clancy is defending the position. Clancy is not content to let Vendal control the position.#T1##SUB2# Clancy looking for subs from the bottom but Vendal mounts him! #TD# Vendal has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Pradana uses from the top position. Vendal working a defensive guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pradana postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Pradana distracts Vendal with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Pradana's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Vendal manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pradana manages to get himself to full guard.
